Prof Cody Hier
A Davison, MI native, Cody Hier wrestled for Davison High School under Roy Hall where he helped the team win four State Championships. Cody took his competitive wrestling career to Eastern Michigan University where he competed at 149 lbs. After his collegiate career he started training Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) in Pittsburgh, PA under Daniel Gracie black belt Warren Stout. There he fought in several amateur MMA fights while also earning his blue belt in BJJ.

Cody continued his MMA career in Philadelphia, PA under Daniel Gracie where he had a professional MMA Debut at 135 lbs while also earning a black belt In BJJ.
Cody now brings the authentic Gracie Jiu-Jitsu training regimen and lifestyle to Grand Rapids, MI.
